Renae & Elliot's UWA Tropical Gardens Wedding

Renae & Elliot's wedding took place on one of those perfect days where the sun is warm & golden, there's a buzz of excitement in the air & a lot of love and happiness to go round. Here's a little look at their special day...

Jemma + Morgan @ Hillarys

When it comes to my top fave things about summer, cool long days, ice-creams & hazy afternoons near the ocean are all up there with the best. So, to combined these things with one of the most sincerest & cutest couples I know, made for one of the best afternoons.

Jemma & Morgan are soon to be married at Barrett Lane and I can.not.wait to see them again!

Oh happy summer days, I love you. x

Ashley + Damien's Sandalford Winery Wedding

I'm an emotional person at the best of times, not a crier per se, but definitely a teary eyed person. So it didn't surprise me that I had serious tear formations throughout this wedding day. Ashley & Damien's families are so sweet and the words they spoke during their speeches at the reception had me blurring up big time. But that's the thing I adore about weddings. Family, friends and big love all in one spot, celebrating the happiest of days. And that is exactly how the 10th of October unfolded for these guys, with friends and family love there every step of the way.  After Ashley & her sister Ange were dressed at Ashley's house and Damien & Kris had returned from the golf course and dappered themselves up, we all reconvened at the lush Sandalford Winery & witnessed these sweethearts become Mr. & Mrs. Morrow.

After the ceremony we strolled through the golden lit grounds of the winery, popped some champers, had some laughs and took some sweet photos. We then all headed up to the Durack Room where this party really got started.

Here is a taste of Ashley & Damien's wonderful day. xx

Jessie & Daniel's South Perth Wedding (Mr.Walker)

When you meet a bride who shows you a letter she wrote to herself at 16, which is to be opened on the day of her wedding, you know you are in for an amazing day. People like this, the kind, genuine & heartfelt ones, they make this world a beautiful place to be in. This couldn't be truer for Jessie & Daniel. They are two of the sweetest people you'll ever meet (and a creative duo too, just fyi).

No attention to detail was spared for this wedding. From the bridal party gifts (personalised rings & glasses) and home made flower bouquets (yes, home made & stunning), to the reception table numbers which were important dates in this couples life (first date, date of engagement, etc.). Every part of this day was the love story of Jessie & Daniel and it was perfect.

I could say so much about these sweethearts, including how lovely their son, their friends & family were, but I know you want to get to the photos, so I'll wrap this up. Their beautiful ceremony was on the South Perth foreshore, followed by a few fun portraits in the city and then back to Mr. Walker on Mends St Jetty for their even funner (yes, that's a word) reception. Bringing out the sparklers on the jetty and seeing the glow of the Perth skyline in the background while taking their first dance as husband & wife, was the perfect end to an incredible day! So much love for these guys xx

David + Ruth's Quarry Amphitheatre Wedding

It always amazes me how funny life is. You make a tone of decisions each day and think nothing of it. Then one day, like any other day, you make one simple decision, setting off something in motion which will inevitably lead to the greatest adventure of your life.

Perthite David was on holidays in England. He made the decision to go to a music festival with his friends. Ruth was a UK girl who was also at this festival. And just like that, life changes. Years later, they celebrated their first day as husband and wife at the Quarry Amphitheatre in City Beach.

David & Ruth are both warm, fun (& super smart) people with lovely families to match. Spending time with their dearest friends and seeing the amount of love and admiration they have for each other, really made this day one to remember.

Some of my fave hilights of the day were; the cufflinks & necklaces given to the groomsmen & bridesmaids. These were handmade from scrabble tiles and were adorable. Spending the morning with Ruth's mother & aunty. The a-mazing ceremony & reception venue, the Quarry Amphitheatre.  Their very cool seating chart (a world map with the locations David & Ruth have traveled to). And lastly how fun the bridal party was and how lovely David & ruth were. These guys are now on another adventure, working in America & I wish them bundles of happiness & success xx
